Chlorophytum kills bacteria and viruses. Cleans the air of harmful impurities: acetone, formaldehyde, lead, mercury vapor. If you place chlorophytums around the apartment, breathing will become noticeably easier.
Chlorophytum has another interesting property – it accumulates moisture in its leaves, and then releases it into the air. This is useful in winter, when the humidity in the apartment decreases due to heating.
Care: chlorophytum is unpretentious and will survive in almost any conditions. But for it to look good, it needs a temperature of +18 to +22 °C, abundant watering and bright, but not direct sunlight.
Aloe vera is planted so that there is always a remedy for healing wounds and burns at hand. For treatment, use the juice, which is applied to the damaged area of the skin. It is believed that when taken internally, it also helps with colitis, gastritis, headaches and neuroses.
Before drinking aloe vera juice and applying it to your skin, consult your doctor. There are contraindications and a risk of allergies.
Care: water once every 4-5 days. Aloe vera loves the sun, so do not put it in shaded corners. The light should be bright, but not direct, otherwise the leaves will burn out: they will become narrower, and change color in places. In winter, the optimal temperature is from +12 to +16°C.
