How not to get better on holidays
The festive feast is traditionally associated with us with a banal stuffing of the stomach with all sorts of products harmful to the figure. There is nothing to say here, on any holiday, tables simply break from dishes, take even the simplest and most famous Olivier salad. But in fact, everything is not so sad. It is quite possible to try and make sure that the dishes are not very useful for the figure and health of at least a little safer. So how can I not get better during the holidays?
Salads. If you only knew the full calorie content of festive salads! Firstly, with regard to this unfortunate "Olivier". In no case do not add sausage to the salad, it will be much better if you replace it with boiled chicken (naturally without a skin) or lean beef. In addition, you can do without mayonnaise. Instead, you can use low -fat sour cream or classic ugly bio -ogurt. On the same principle, redo other salads-after all, probably, there is no such product that could not be replaced with something identical, but less harmful. And as a gas station it is very good to use olive oil and lemon juice.
Cheese. This product should be careful: it is enough calorie. But this does not mean that it is necessary to abandon him at all. Of course, no, just choose varieties that do not exceed 45%fat. For example, Russian, Suluguni, Adyghe.
Meat. In the preparation of hot, it is not so important what type of meat you choose, somehow, how you will cook it. What to say is a solid “no” is frying. Choose to your taste – extinguishing, baking in the oven or grill.
Garnish. Not all, probably, have yet to learn the fact that there is nothing worse than meat with potatoes and pasta. So, remember once and for all: meat can only be eaten with vegetables. Choose everything you like: color or any other cabbage, pepper, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, and most importantly. By the way, you can use rapidly frozen mixtures, you will calmly find them in any supermarket. And the method of their preparation is not fundamental, it can be boiling, extinguishing or grill.
Beverages. First of all, it is mineral water. It normalizes the work of the intestines and helps digestion. And besides, it stimulates metabolic processes, which, in turn, helps to maintain weight. As for the "store" juices from packages, they should be diluted with water in a proportion of 1: 1, because they add too much sugar to them.
Alcohol. It should be noted that preference should be given to white dry wines, because they contain the least calories.
Dessert. Well, I think, when still to pamper yourself with a piece of cake, if not on a holiday? But pay attention: the most high -calorie puff pastry, but the biscuit, meringue, souffle practically do not contain fats and can safely take a place on your festive table. In addition, minimal harm to your figure will cause marmalade and marshmallows. And do not forget about fruits – in any case, they will be more useful than pastries and any other sweets.
